Cooking Guidelines: Hob: Stir one cup (80g) into 2 1/2 cups cold water/milk. Simmer 3 minutes stirring continuously. Microwave: Stir 1/2 cup (40g) with one cup (220ml) water/milk in deep bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, stir and serve.
