Loratadine 10 mg Tablets are for the relief of symptoms associated with hayfever and other airborne allergies such as house dust mite and pet allergies. They may also be taken for allergic skin conditions including rash, itching and urticaria (hives).
Features: Once daily - Hayfever and allergy relief.
Preparation and Usage: Please read the enclosed leaflet before taking this medicine. For oral use. Giving this medicine to children: You must know how much your child weighs. As a guide a child 9 years old will weigh about 30kg (4 and a half stone). Do not give to children who weigh less than 30kg. Do not give to children under 6 years of age. A liquid presentation of loratadine may be more suitable for children. Age and weight - How much to take - How often to take: Adults and children 6 years and older who weigh more than 30 kg (4st 7lb). - 1 tablet - Once daily. Children who weigh 30 kg (4st 7lb) or less - Not recommended. If you have severe liver problems your doctor or pharmacist may advise you to take the recommended amount every other day. If this applies to you follow their instructions.
