Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened use within 24 hours.
If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month.
Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed, do not re-freeze.
To Oven Cook: Pre-heat oven to 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5. Place chicken in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.
Cook for the calculated time on the front of the pack (30 mins per 500g + 30 mins). Baste occasionally during cooking.
Remove foil for the last 20 minutes to allow the skin to become golden and crisp.
Do not re-heat. Cover the chicken with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods. Do not wash poultry before cooking.
