Preparation and Usage: Hob - From Ambient. 40g FREEE Porridge Oats, 250ml Water (or milk). 1. Put the oats and water (or milk) into a saucepan. 2. Cook over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, stirring regularly. 3. Add more water (or milk) if the porridge seems too thick.; Microwave - From Ambient. In a Cat E 800w microwave: 40g FREEE Porridge Oats, 250ml Water (or milk). 1. Put the oats and water (or milk) into a microwaveable bowl. 2. Cook on full power for 2 minutes. 3. Stir and cook for a further 1 minute if using water or 2 minutes if using milk. 4. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.
