This creamy fusion of Chardonnay with Pinot Blanc is crisp, clean, balanced and shows poached pear, butterscotch with a delicate hint of oak. From vineyards situated up to 700 metres altitude, in the Florentine mountains. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels, then aged on the lees to develop texture while retaining freshness.

Pomino Bianco has a straw yellow colour. The bouquet is fresh with hints of green apple, pear and delicate citrus. The floral component is very interesting with notes that recall hawthorn, wisteria and broom. Combined with this typical freshness is a creamy sensation with hints of honey.
