Preparation and Usage: Remove all packagings and the plastic spike first. Reheating (from frozen): Conventional Oven (180°C): 20min on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Defrosting in refrigerator: 6h30 on a suitable plate. Remove from refrigerator 15min before serving.
