Storage: 24 hours in the fridge, 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment, Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Place the mini gougeres in a single layer on a sheet of baking paper in an oven tray. Heat on a middle oven shelf for the time indicated: Conventional oven: 8 min, Fan oven: 5 min.
