Direction For Hot Use: Remove microwaveable pouch from the Hottie. Ensure microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely. Place pouch inside the microwave ensuring the filling is evenly distributed. Fold the pouch if it cannot be positioned flat on the turntable. Place a half-filled cup of water in the microwave with the product. Heat up to a maximum of 45 seconds for 0-600 watt microwaves and a maximum of 30 seconds for 650-1000 watt microwaves. If it feels too cool for your needs, warm again in increments of 15 seconds at a time. Once heated, allow to cool for 30 seconds before use. Place heated pouch back inside the Hottie and secure closing.
Direction For Cold Use: Remove pouch from the Hottie. Place the insert in a plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until desired temperature is achieved. Place chilled pouch back inside the Hottie and secure closing.
