Storage: Keep refrigerated between 2ºC - 8ºC. Open the package 15 minutes before consumption. It is recommended to consume within one week after opening.
Preparation and Usage: Remove rind before consumption. We recommend leaving the cheese outside the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
