Cannelloni are an ideal shape to accompany the most imaginative recipes. They are cylindrical in shape and are usually prepared with a savoury filling, and then baked in the oven. They originate from Emilia Romagna where the original recipe comes from.
Garofalo has been making pasta for over 200 years in Gragnano near Naples in Italy, the home of pasta. Made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze die gives Garofalo pasta its premium taste and texture.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage: Cooking suggestions: Cannelloni Garofalo are ready to be baked, at least 30 minutes at 180°C. For a better preparation we suggest to cook them in boiling water for 3 minutes and put them in the oven for at least 20 minutes at 180°C.
