Preparation and Usage: Cooking instructions: Use 250g of Bulgur Wheat for every 250ml of water for two servings. Bring 250 ml of salted water to the boil and pour in the bulgur wheat. Cook over a low heat for about 6 minutes, stirring often. Add a knob of butter and cook over a very low heat for 5 minutes stirring often. After the cooking time leave to rest for 5 minutes. The product is ready to be seasoned and served.
