Garofalo Organic Quinoa is made with 100% organic quinoa. With a high protein content and completely gluten free, it is extremely versatile, perfect for preparing soups and risottos. Features include organic, easy to cook, high in fibre, source of protein, vegan. Use 125 grams of Quinoa for every 250ml of water for two servings. Bring water to the boil, add salt then cook on a gently heat for 10-12 minutes stirring until the water is absorbed. Drain if necessary and leave to rest for 5 minutes. The product is ready to be seasoned and served. Keep in a cool dry place.
