Preparation and Usage: Cooking instructions: Use 250g of couscous for every 250ml of water. In a saucepan bring the water to the boil, add salt to taste before pouring the couscous into the boiling water. Cook on a low heat for 3 minutes, stirring often until the water has absorbed. After cooking drain any water and leave to rest for 1 minutes. The product is ready to be seasoned and served.
