Garofalo Penne Ziti Lisce is a premium dry pasta made in Italy from durum wheat semolina. Its bronze drawn surface helps sauces cling perfectly, ideal for thick tomato and meat sauces.

The word Penne means quills and refers to straight tubes of pasta cut diagonally at the ends, and lisce means smooth referring to the surface of the pasta shape.
