



Garofalo Tagliatelle is a traditional Italian pasta made from durum wheat semolina. It features a bronze-drawn texture that helps sauces cling perfectly, and cooks in just 7 minutes for al dente results.
Tagliatelle are long, flat pasta ribbons, shaped into nests (Nido). From the Italian tagliare, meaning 'to cut', tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from Emilia-Romagna and Marches regions of Italy. Tagliatelle is traditionally served with a meat or Bolognese sauce, but also works extremely well with a cheese or cream sauce.

Garofalo pasta is formed through a bronze die, this method allows a little friction on the surface of the pasta, which becomes slightly rough and porous allowing the sauce to cling and be absorbed into the pasta giving a delightful eating experience!
Store in a cool, dry place.
Cooking time 7 minutes. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add salt if required. Keeping the water at a rolling boil add the amount of pasta needed. Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent the pasta sticking together and to avoid damaging the pasta. Cook for the recommended time, drain and serve.
