Recipes: Recipe Suggestion Gunpowder potatoes Serves 4 Shopping list: - 400g potatoes, cut into large chunks - 4 tbsp vegetable oil - Green chillies, sliced (optional) - Spring onions, sliced (optional) Cooking Instructions: - Heat the oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan/ Gas mark 6 - Boil a large pot of water and add the potatoes, parboiling for 5 minutes. - Drain the potatoes, add to an oven proof tray with the oil and the contents of this pouch, mixing to cover the potatoes. - Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
