Only the best pork hams from Italian heavyweight swine are used for this prosciutto, which is seasoned with just the right amount of sea salt and patiently matured to obtain its particularly delicate flavour. Golfera is family-run business currently managed by its third generation. Golfera is located in Lavezzola, an old town of lower Romagna in the countryside near Bologna, Ferrara and Ravenna, where they have been producing premium-quality cured and cooked meats following traditional recipes for over 50 years. Packed in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
