There is something about this tea that gets people hooked and we wanted our Earl Grey to hit the perfect spot. After many months of blending and tasting, we finally landed on something wonderfully simple - high grown Ceylon black tea, with notes of pine and citrus, blended with the heady citrus flavour of Italian bergamot oil. This classic combination brews a delightfully fragrant cup that works well with or without milk.

Brewing Tea Properly: When it comes to making a delicious cup of tea, there is no doubt that loose leaf will always be best - the leaves need space to spread out, unfurl and release their full flavour. For the best possible cup every time, use freshly-drawn, filtered water to fill your kettle, take care with how much tea you add to your pot, and give the leaves time to do their thing before straining into a cup.
