Brewing Instructions: Tea leaves 1 heaped tsp (2.5g) per 200ml, Water Temperature 98°C, Brew time 4 minutes.
When brewing loose leaf tea, use freshly-drawn, filtered water and allow leaves time to unfurl for full flavour.
