How to Make this Stuffing: Place 125g stuffing mix in a large mixing vessel, add 250ml boiling water and stir thoroughly. Leave to stand until the mix absorbs all the water and remix. Place in a greased oven proof dish or baking tray and oven bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
