Preparation: Use 1-2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk Seasoning per 450g of fully thawed meat / chicken / seafood / vegetables. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to cooking (4 hours for best results).
