Refried Beans Side Dish Recipe: 1. Warm the beans either in the microwave for 2½ minutes or in a pan 2. Pour into a bowl and garnish. We like to drizzle sour cream, add crumbled feta, red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh jalapeño, and scatter coriander on top. 3. Serve warm with Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips on the side, ready to dip into the comforting bean goodness!

Preparation and Usage: Cheesy Bean Nachos - In a roasting tin, cover half a pack of Gran Luchito Tortilla Chips with half a pack of Refried Beans and 125g of grated cheese. Then add the remaining Tortilla Chips and top with beans and another 125g of cheese. Place in a preheated oven (180°c) and cook until melty and delicious (about 10 minutes). Dollop sour cream on top with Gran Luchito Fire Roasted Serranos and Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa.
Bean And Veggie Quesadillas - Spread Refried Beans onto a Gran Luchito Tortilla wrap then top with cooked vegetables (peppers, courgette, onions), grated cheese and Gran Luchtio Fire Roasted Serranos. Place in a hot, dry frying pan and top with another Tortilla Wrap. Cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes per side), slice and serve with Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
Cooking guidelines: Hob - From Ambient. Heat in a Pan: Empty contents into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until piping hot (about 4-5 minutes).; Microwave - From Ambient. Microwave for Best Results: Open corner of pouch and place in microwave. Cook for 2.5 minutes (times may vary) on full power until piping hot.
