Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing. Meal Suggestion: Serve with savoy cabbage, roast potatoes and gravy.
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook from chilled. Preheat oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7. Remove packaging, place in ovenable dish skin-side up, cook for 25 minutes, drain juices, return for 5 minutes.
Storage: Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, cook within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing; freeze within use by date, use within three months. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator.
