Oven cook - From Chilled: 1 Roast the duck: Pre-heat oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Remove items from outer packaging. Place pancakes and sauce to one side. Take the duck out of its packaging and place it on an ovenable dish. Ensure that the skin is facing upwards and cook for 35-40 minutes. 2 Shred the duck meat: To serve, shred the skin and meat. Heat the pancakes in the microwave inside their bag for 35 seconds (900w/1000w) or 40 seconds (800w). Do not heat the sauce. 3 Prepare the pancakes & enjoy: Spread some hoisin on each pancake, then add the duck. Roll and enjoy!
Serving suggestion: Slice spring onions and cucumber into small batons and add to the pancakes when serving.
Storage: Keep refrigerated 0ºC to +4ºC. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date, see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen; However if you do wish to re-freeze, it is safe to do so. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Defrost it in the fridge thoroughly before cooking. Do not re-freeze after thawing. Use within 24 hours.
