Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry. Season. Fry in a pan. Serve and enjoy. Remove all packaging and heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cut away any sinew or discoloured parts. Add the livers and season (to taste). Cook for 6-7 minutes turning frequently to avoid burning. Serve immediately. All cooking appliances vary.
