Preparation and Usage: Be the talk of the table by roasting this meaty, succulent Gressingham Duck. 1. Remove giblets, prick skin and season. 2. Oven roast at 220°c / Fan 200°c / Gas Mark 7, 40 minutes per kg plus 20 minutes. 3. Let the duck rest for 15 minutes, then carve.
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat your oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6. 1 Remove all packaging and giblets. Place bird on a rack in a deep roasting tin, prick the skin all over and season, if desired. 2 Roast in the oven. Refer to the front of pack for the cook time. It is 40 minutes per kg, plus an extra 10 minutes. 3 Rest the duck for 10-20 minutes, carve and enjoy! All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
