NO-NONSENSE BREWING TIPS FOR CAFETIERE / FILTER: Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground kick-ass coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96°c). FOR ESPRESSO: In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.
This bag is widely recycled, just take it to a recycling point in a large supermarket near you.
