Preparation and Usage: NO-NONSENSE BREWING TIPS FOR CAFERIERE / FILTER: Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96°C). FOR ESPRESSO: In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot with extraction time around 25 seconds.
