No-Nonsense Brewing Tips: For Cafetiere / Filter measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96°c). For Espresso in your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.
