Storage: Store in a cool dark place. Once open, refrigerate and consume within 5 days. Best before date on lid.
Preparation: Choose and prepare 800g of meat, fish or vegetables, then thoroughly coat in the marinade. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight for maximum flavour. Simply barbecue, grill or oven cook until done. Add some yoghurt to use this as a green chutney for tandoori marinated dishes.
