Our signature London Cure Smoked Salmon is crafted using only the freshest, Grade One Scottish salmon. The process begins with a traditional dry cure in salt, followed by gentle air-drying, and finally sealing the flavour with smoke from pure oak logs.
Every step-from filleting to hand-boning with tweezers, to expertly slicing and packing-is carried out by hand, fresh each day, by skilled artisans with unmatched care and precision.
Awarded Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status, Forman's smoked salmon uses low levels of salt and absolutely no added sugar.
