It's crafted from heavy-gauge, hard anodised, forged aluminium for excellent warp resistance and to provide even heat spread and retention. It's also dishwasher safe and coated with a black, reinforced non-stick coating for extra strength and maximum heat absorption.
The folded, secure grip handles give the product a premium and comfortable to hold finish, while the nestable functionality allows for efficient storage.
Aluminium Ovenware Care: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For best results, lightly grease the inside of the pan before each use. Oven safe to 260°C and grill safe, allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Not suitable for any hob use. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended. Dishwasher safe.
