Storage: Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing. Preparation and Usage: Grill, fry, saute, barbecue, bake - there are many ways to cook a sausage. Remove all packaging before cooking. Cooking instructions are a guide only from chilled. To grill: Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 16-20 minutes. Turn occasionally. To oven bake: Pre-heat oven to 190 °C / Fan 170 °C / Gas Mark 5. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.
