Ingredients: 96% British Organic Pork, Maltodextrin, salt, organic herbs and spices (ginger, garlic, coriander, nutmeg, paprika, pepper, onions), stabiliser; sodium citrate, organic dextrose, antioxidant; ascorbic acid, preservative; sodium nitrite, smoke; filled into natural casings.
Allergen Information: Free from genetically modified ingredients, gluten, nuts and nut derivatives. Produced in a factory that handles celery and mustard.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened use within 24hrs. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within three months. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Preparation: Simmer in very hot water or grill/fry for 5 minutes until piping hot. From frozen allow 12 minutes.
