One of the most popular cognacs in the world Hennessy Very Special (VS) is matured in new oak barrels for a bold and fragrant drink, with a beguiling character that is uniquely Hennessy.
Tasting Notes: Serve between 16°C - 18°C. Toasted bread with a slight nuttiness on the nose with rich dark brown sugar and subtly fruitiness. A creamy palate which brings vanilla flavours to the forefront rounded off by a light floral finish.
Suggested Recipe: Between the Sheets. 30ml Hennessy Very Special, 30ml Light rum, 30ml Cointreau, 15ml Fresh lemon juice, 1 Lemon twist to garnish. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with the twist of lemon.
