Cooking guidelines: Air Fry - From Chilled. If using an air fryer bake at 160°C for approx. 15-18 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. If using a conventional oven pre-heat to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Place your quiche on a baking tray, bake for approx. 18 mins. Do not reheat.
