xHighland Park 12 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky has a new look inspired by Orkney but remains the same well-loved whisky inside. It is a fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural glowing gold colour direct from the cask.
Spicy but mellow, with subtle smoke on the finish, it's a great introduction to the unique warmth of Orkney heathered peat. Fresh, clean and floral on the nose, with heathered honey and a touch of citrus.
Sweet and spicy on the palate, with toasty notes of burnt orange, jasmine and fruitcake. A long finish with peppery spice, woody notes and orange zest, and the subtle, aromatic kick of smoke from Orkney heathered peat.
Features include a wild harmony of honey-drenched oranges, winter-spiced fruitcake and floral peat smoke. Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks.
