

Highland Park 18 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for 18 years. It features a rich toffee sweetness and aromatic smoky finish, best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water.
Highland Park 18 has a new look inspired by the natural beauty of Orkney but is still the same well-loved whisky inside. Deep and intensely fruity but effortlessly smooth, Highland Park 18-year-old is a multi-layered whisky with many stories to tell.
Rich, fruity, caramelised sweetness on the nose, followed by finely balanced notes of orange zest, dark chocolate and aromatic smoke from Orkney heathered peat on the palate. The finish is lingering, sweet and spicy with slightly nutty notes.
A wild harmony of ripe cherries, bitter dark coca, fresh honeycomb and salted peat smoke. Matured in a high proportion of first-fill European and American sherry seasoned oak casks.

At HIGHLAND PARK we insist on an uncompromising approach to whisky-making. We're one of only a handful of distilleries that slowly malts its barley on the stone floor, physically turning it by hand for a more balanced flavour. Next, we smoke it over local aromatic peat, hand-cut from Hobbister Moor to bring a unique fragrant heather character to the whisky. Then it's placed into oak casks - sherry oak casks from Spain that bring a natural colour and flavour to our whisky. Then comes the hardest part: leaving it be for 18 or more years to mature in the consistently cool Orcadian air.

ENJOY THE PERFECT GLASS OF HIGHLAND PARK. First, hold your glass to the light to enjoy the burnished gold glow, then tilt and rotate it to see the beads of whisky appear. Next, add a drop of water and take three long sniffs to discover toffee sweetness and almond nuttiness. Now, taste the whisky by chewing it in your mouth for 4 or 5 seconds, then swallow. Adding more water prolongs its full smokey finish.
