Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, sterilise all equipment following manufacturers' instructions. Check best before date, and that cap and seal is intact, then shake bottle well. Pour required amount of milk into a sterilised feeding bottle and use within 2 hours. Milk can be given at room temperature or warmed if desired. If warmed check temperature before feeding.
