Hiver Blonde Beer is a crisp, refreshing beer brewed with a touch of honey. This Gold medal winner offers a creamy mouthfeel and is ideal for serving chilled at BBQs or with meals.
Hiver's flagship beer, the Hiver Blonde is a dry crisp refreshing beer that has been brewed with a touch of honey. This means that much of the natural honey sugar is fermented out so only the aroma and flavour remain.
It's a flavoursome and easy-drinking beer with medium body and low bitterness. Honey adds a creamy mouthfeel to create a moreish, clean and refreshing blonde beer, that pairs brilliantly with a BBQ - perfect for the summer.

Hiver was born out of an admiration for London's urban beekeepers and a passion for craft beer. We ferment with urban and rural honey to create an all-British blonde beer that's matured and unpasteurised. We tone down the hops and support the natural honey flavours with an organic speciality malt for a beer that's crisp and refreshing.
