Ceramisodes are a plant-based ceramide extract which supports skin hydration and plumping.
Ceramides are a type of lipid found in the stratum corneum which is the outermost layer of the skin, as well as the bodies first line of defence against environment stressors and pollutants.
Ceramides act like cement for our corneocytes and are needed to ensure adequate water is maintained inside the skin.
Ceramides decline with age, but some plants contain phytoceramides which can help to replenish our stores.
Ceramosides are derived from the lipid portion of wheat, meaning it is a guaranteed gluten-free ingredient.
Clinically studied Verisol® helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve skin elasticity.
Directions
Expert Beauty Sleep Collagen is a chocolate flavoured powder, ideal for mixing with hot water or milk. Grab your favourite mug and add 13g (approximately 6 level teaspoons spoons) of powder, top up with 250ml of hot water or milk and stir well. Do not exceed stated dose.
