Vegetables (26%)(Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash, Beetroot, Onion), Water, Chopped Tomatoes (14%), Creamed Coconut (8.5%), Tomato Juice (7.5%), Ginger Purée, Tomato Paste (4%), Garlic Purée, Date Syrup, Spices (2%) [Garam Masala, Smoked Paprika], Cornflour, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Curry Leaves, Bay Leaves.
Directions: Feeds 4: add 1 jar of curry sauce to 500g of pan-fried vegetables, meat or paneer and simmer together for 10-15 minutes while you cook your rice. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
