Vitamins A and D both contribute to the normal function of the immune system, while Vitamin A alone contributes towards the maintenance of normal skin, and Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
One a day capsules support brain, heart, vision, bones, muscles, and immunity function. Source of omega 3 fatty acids with extra vitamins A and D.
