Directions:
Take 2 capsules per day with plenty of liquid, with or after food. Do not exceed stated dose. This product contains EGCGs (Epigallocatechin Gallate), do not consume other Green Tea containing products on same day or exceed 800mg of EGCGs daily. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks, as heat kills bacteria.
