Oven: Pre-heat to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas 6. Cook for 32-35 mins frozen, 15-20 mins chilled.
Air Fryer: Pre-heat to 160°C. Cook for 22-25 mins frozen, 13-15 mins chilled.
Microwave: Heat on full power (850W) for 3 mins frozen, 2 mins chilled.
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing.
