Spice Drops are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and flavour of the herbs, fruits and flowers.
Cardamom is a wonderful addition to both savoury and sweet dishes. We use cardamom from Kerala and South India which has the best flavour and a little goes a long way. It works especially well in rice dishes (sweet and savoury), with fish and combines well with chocolate and coffee.
Usage Ratio: 1 drop = seeds of 4 pods or 1/8 tsp ground cardamom.

Preparation and Usage: Why not try combine 100ml thick yoghurt, 1tsp honey, 2 cardamom and 1 rose Spice Drops® and serve with any kind of chocolate cake or pudding. Add 1 - 2 drops to hot chocolate or coffee.
For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years.
