Preparation and Usage: For a Drambuie Iced Espresso, serve 50ml (3 Tbsp) with lots of ice in a glass tumbler, once cooled, pour over a double espresso or equal amount of strong black coffee. Ready-to-drink iced coffees work just as well and are no fuss at all. If you like your coffee Latte or a longer drink, just add milk. Dairy-free? No problem, this serve is unbelievably delicious using Coconut milk and other dairy-free milk alternatives.
For an Isle of Skye Speciality Coffee, brew some piping hot coffee and pour in a glass, stir in 50ml (3 Tbsp) of the honey whisky liqueur and then float some thick cream on top. To get the cream to float: ensure the coffee is very hot, the cream is very cold, and pour double cream or whipping cream slowly on the back of a spoon.
For a Scottish Mojito, pour 50ml (3 Tbsp) of the honey liqueur, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, combine with a handful of fresh mint, fill the glass with lots of ice and top with soda or sparkling water. For a simpler version, combine 50ml with 150ml of a premium traditional style lemonade and add fresh mint to garnish.
