Preparation and Usage: Heat pan with a little bit of oil. Place hake skin up in the pan. Place butter on top of each filet portion and fry for 5-8 minutes until fish is cooked. Spoon over any melted butter to serve. Not suitable for microwave cooking. May contain bones.
