Avocado oil not only tastes amazing but it's also super healthy. Cold pressed from only the avocado flesh, it's high in monounsaturated fat (the heart healthy fat) and the antioxidant Vitamin E. That's why we pack each of our jars with the oil from at least 8 avocados.
How to store me: Please keep me ambient in your cupboard until opened. Once opened keep me in the door of the fridge, so I do not get too cold. As I contain absolutely no artificial preservatives, thickeners or chemicals - I can freeze if I get too far below 4C. The ideal temperature to store me is above 4C.
