Our Il Tinello Red Label Balsamic Vinegar is produced just outside of Modena, the historical heart of balsamic vinegar production in Italy. Certified PGI (Protected Geographical indication) the Il Tinello Red Label is aged in oak casks which graces it with a rounded sweetness and a well-balanced acidity. This rich sweet-sour flavour makes it an extremely versatile ingredient in the kitchen. With a Brix grade of 65 it will complement risotto, meat, fish and even fruit and desserts.
Exceptional Quality Small Scale Production: A female-founded business, Il Tinello is a brand of the Il Borgo del Balsamico Acetaia which was started by the Crotti sisters having grown from their father's previously small and very local business which started producing vinegar in 1970.
